Advanced, Minimal Equipment, Weight Training– 8 WEEK Complete Home Fitness Plan


If you’re thinking that you can’t get an advanced weight training workout in at home, think again. This 8 week advanced weight training program will help you build muscle and get you stronger.

There is a choice between building or cutting (muscle gain vs. weight loss), and this program will teach you how to figure your target calories that are specific to you.

4 days a week of workouts that are about 40-45 minutes a piece. I give you the exact reps, exercises and rounds to do each day and in what order with rest time and days built in. Not only that, it gives step by step guide on how to figure your target calories specific to your body. Being able to eat what you love while still yielding results.

You can try to piece together random workout plans from around the web or you can have an 8 week fitness program from a nationally known personal trainer for less than just one week of sessions 1:1 with me. Remember that you can have all the information in the world but to get results it needs to be in the right order!

  • The following Home equipment is needed for full use of this program:
    • 3-4 different size dumbbells (light, medium, medium-heavy, and heavy). These weights are relative to the user of the program; however, for Advanced level, I recommend 8’s, 12’s, 15’s, and/or 20’s
    • Barbell (could be Olympic barbell or EZ Barbell)
